How it works

  1. Forward your line. Dial one code on your phone. Your number stays yours, and one code turns it back off.
  2. Ron answers as your shop. He tells callers he's your shop's assistant. Anyone who wants a person can ask for one.
  3. Jobs land on your calendar. Ron only books open times, reads back the address and phone, and never quotes job prices.
  4. Emergencies reach you. Gas smell, flooding and no-heat calls go straight to your cell.
  5. You see every call. A short summary of each call, with spam filtered out.

Pricing

Plans from $2,997/month

One flat monthly price. No per-minute or per-call fees. No long-term contract; cancel any time. Bank (ACH) payment by default; card payments carry a 2% processing fee.

Policies

Cancellation and refunds

Service is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time by emailing ali@ronvoice.com; service runs to the end of the month you've paid for and you won't be billed again. If you're unhappy in your first month, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that month.

Terms of service

Ron Voice provides a phone answering and booking service for businesses. You keep ownership of your phone number and can stop forwarding at any time. You're responsible for keeping your calendar and shop details up to date. Ron does not give job prices, diagnoses or safety advice beyond directing callers to emergency services. Ron Voice isn't liable for jobs missed or lost because of phone carrier or service outages; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.

Privacy

To run the service we process the details callers give (name, phone, address, the problem) and call recordings. We use them only to serve your business, we share them only with you and the providers that run the service, and we never sell them. Email ali@ronvoice.com to have your data deleted.
